Our truck, equipped with a special aircraft receptacle and defuel pump, ensures efficient and safe fuel handling. Whether you need to prepare your aircraft for weighing, for storage, or for other maintenance tasks, our Aircraft De-Refuel Service adheres to the strict regulations by IATA/FFA and is a highly sustainable and cost-saving solution.
How Does De-Refuel Service work?
Our service utilizes a state-of-the-art truck equipped with an aircraft receptacle and a defuel pump. This setup allows us to safely remove fuel from the aircraft's tanks prior to weighing and re-pump it back once the process is complete. The technology ensures minimal fuel loss and maximum efficiency.
Our de-refuel truck can be used for multiple purposes. We offer the option to detach the tank from the truck. allowing you to complete all aircraft maintenance tasks without the pressure of the defueling operation on your shoulder.
It is also ideal for aircraft that need to be parked for an extended period of time and for example require special biopor treatment for the kerosene.
We work with fixed daily rates, ensuring that you always know what to expect in advance.
Is De-Refuel Service Safe?
For every job, the truck's tank undergoes high-temperature steam cleaning. This process, known as kosher cleaning, is used to eliminate the risk of bacteria growth in the tank.
We only perform cleaning at facilities that are affiliated with and certified by EFTCO.

EFTCO is dedicated to providing reliable, trustworthy, and environmentally friendly services, and has strict guidelines for cleaning tanks used in various delicate industries.
After the kosher cleaning, all tank openings are sealed and only broken upon arrival at the customer's location, ensuring a safe and smooth de- and refueling operation.

Clean Truck Certificate (ECD) for Regulatory Compliance.
Our customers receive a clean fuel truck certificate after each operation, guaranteeing that all regulatory requirements and conditions are met. This certification not only ensures compliance but also enhances safety and reliability, giving you peace of mind.
The ECD, also known as the EFTC Cleaning Document, serves as a support document for tank cleaning. It provides evidence of the cleaning steps taken. The uniform cleaning codes available in various European languages can be accessed for download via www.eftco.com.
